Hagop gave me a great haircut and blow dry today. Best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. Though not inexpensive, it was worth every bit. Nice atmosphere. Completely recommend Robert’s Hair Salon & Spa, and their hairdresser Hagop.

I just got a full highlight and cut with Robert and my hair has never looked this good! My highlights are perfectly blended, and the tone is looking SO much better than anything I've had done at other salons in the past. For the cut, he added in some angles & layers which really framed my face nicely. I'm so happy with it and won't be going anywhere else moving forward. Receiving nothing but compliments and feeling great!

He knows exactly how to cut my hair and what color to choose depending on the season or my moods. I would highly recommend the salon his wife Elizabeth Is absolutely wonderful as well great haircuts I’m taking my children my husband. He is our family.

First time visit to the salon and am thrilled with the result,was in the very capable hands of Maria who turned my 'lockdown mane' into the hair of a Goddess, girl works some magic!!.. great cut/ color and partial highlights,great clean/ relaxed atmosphere.Family run business and it shows,met most of the team and they all seem lovely,great personal touch( without touching, !!).. will be skipping back for my next appointment,my search for U.S based stylist is over...

Roberts Salon is tops in all ways. Robert himself is superb colorist. The entire facility is well run, clean, knowledgeable staff, courteous service, great products. I had a gel manicure today with Sylvana. My nails were a mess and she worked a miracle! She was so friendly that I would come back again in a heartbeat. Plus, my nails look fantastic! I left feeling so relaxed and good. I had come to the salon years ago when I dyed my hair red and they always did an amazing job. I moved and decided to try again thanks to Groupon. I definitely have a new nail place! It’s so nice to know that there is a Boston quality hair and spa so close by!

Robert has been cutting my hair since 1996. He does the best precision bob of anyone I've ever seen. The cut is so perfect, I can let it air dry, and it falls perfectly into place. I've told Robert he is not allowed to retire because I won't let anyone else touch my hair! (Not a problem, he loves what he does, and it shows.) The salon is clean and bright, and it was featured in a Hollywood movie (My Best Friend's Girl) with Kate Hudson. Check it out--you'll recognize those mirrors instantly!

Whenever I have gone to Roberts in the past I was told gratuities had to be in cash & was even told I could go next door to BOA if I did not have cash on hand. Interesting it’s now being stated as a policy now. Apparently, exceptions were made for in the past unbeknownst to me.

I love this salon. Family owned and staffed, but still 100% professional. Not only is it comfortable, clean, and efficient (they try not to make you wait at all if they can help it) but there is just so much talent here. Hair, skin, waxing services, facials, lash extensions, and now nails (natural only) with the ladies from the nail salon across the hall moving in recently. Yolanda has been my girl for so long now - since about a year after moving to the area, when I FINALLY found her - and now I can't imagine life without her. I have very long, very thick blonde hair, and in my experience only very few seem to know how to handle it properly. Never been an issue for her. In fact, she seems to enjoy the change up and the challange. I can comfortably say that I've loved all my cuts, colors, eyebrows, lashes (the best!!), facials and any and all beauty services I've had done here. I'm not high maintenance, but when I'm spending time and money on taking care of myself, I like to know that the salon can handle it and that I'm in good hands. They know exactly what they're doing with all of it down at Robert's.

Love this place! They are pros. Maria has done my hair so well: color touch-up, and even though they don't use the same products I was using they matched it really well, and a great trim. She's also fast - which is such a relief with color as it takes so long. It's convenient in Belmont Center and they are always friendly. Recommended!!

I called on Saturday morning for the next best appointment date and was seen later that afternoon. Everyone in the salon is extraordinarily friendly and professional. Robert was quick and skillful. Although I didn't have a particular style in mind, he understood what I was going for and told me what he would do. He worked quickly but also carefully, and described what he was doing when I asked. I'm very satisfied with my haircut, and enjoyed the open, friendly atmosphere of the salon and the employees who worked with me. I will certainly be returning to Roberts Salon for my next haircut!

Such an amazing salon and experience! Megan did a full foil on me and made me a beautiful natural-looking blonde! She also gave me a deep conditioning treatment and keratin treatment to strengthen my heat damaged hair! Can't wait to go back in a couple of months!

Paul, the receptionist today, was just amazing; he answered several questions I had, & was patient and accommodating trying to book my appointment! Very much the professional. The salon is spacious, quiet, and well equipped for all of your needs. Great espresso, too. Kelly, aka Anne Hathaway, is a doll. She assisted Elizabeth with my shampoo. Excellent, careful, & attentive. Elizabeth and her stylist co-worker, are both very friendly, and live the work they do. My hair looks fabulous

I'm always skeptical after getting a haircut because I can rarely make it look as good on my own as they can in the salon, but over almost two weeks later I can safely say that the cut I got at Roberts Salon was one of the best I have ever received hands down. Robert really listened to what I had to say about my wavy but fine texture and also my, let's say, lazy approach to hair styling. My hair looks great whether I bother to style it or not, which is basically the gold standard as far as I'm concerned. Plus they use great products. I will definitely be going back!

I found Robert's Salon through Groupon yesterday; purchased their deal and immediately booked an appointment online for today at 1PM with Elizabeth during my lunch hour. I arrived a few minutes before 1, was greeted and shown to the waiting area. Around 1:10 I was taken back for a wash which was pleasant and quick, and then seated at Elizabeth's station. Elizabeth came over a minute or two later and was very friendly and talkative. She made a fast assessment of my hair, reviewed what I was looking to do, and promptly started snipping away. After the initial trim, she dried my hair and then snipped a little more here an there to tidy it up. I was extremely impressed with her efficiency and time management. She had me styled and heading out the door with some samples of products that help with naturally curly hair like mine by 1:45, which was perfect as I had to be back at work by 2. My hair looked straight and lovely when I left thanks to Elizabeth's blow drying efforts, but the true test was to see how it handled the rain that I walked out into immediately after leaving...because for me, the sign of a good haircut is how it dries naturally. After being drenched on the trek between the salon and the car, and then drying again on it's own, I'm thrilled to say that my hair looks and feels better than it has in ages. He and his staff were so great - I walked out feeling so pretty - way too pretty to go straight home, so I texted some girlfriends so I could go out and show off my new look right away! I have been looking for a new stylist for several years now - ever since my stylist of 12 years retired. This was my first visit to Robert's Salon and Spa in Belmont Center. Jane was my stylist at the salon and, as I watched her cut and style my hair for my face shape, I knew that she was very familiar with her craft. She knew just what to do to make styling easy for me to care for. I chose Robert's Salon because I have a Facebook friend who frequently gives accolades to this establishment and I know that part of my decision to visit Robert's was due to her favorable comments. After having so many poor haircuts from other salons, especially from those who express their competency in hair cutting, I was a little gun shy at first. However, seeing what Jane accomplished with my hair, I was extremely happy and content with the excellent hair cut and beautiful style that she gave me. Not only that, but the salon makes one feel comfortable and at ease. I think I have found my salon from now on. I don't have to wonder, anymore, "Where am I going to have my hair done this time?" That question has been answered! I'm returning next week to have Jane wash and blow dry my hair for my upcoming 50th high school class reunion, which I am looking forward to attending. This was my first visit to Robert's Salon and Spa in Belmont Center. Jane was my stylist at the salon and, as I watched her cut and style my hair for my face shape, I knew that she was very familiar with her craft. She knew just what to do to make styling easy for me to care for. I chose Robert's Salon because I have a Facebook friend who frequently gives accolades to this establishment and I know that part of my decision to visit Robert's was due to her favorable comments. After having so many poor haircuts from other salons, especially from those who express their competency in hair cutting, I was a little gun shy at first. However, seeing what Jane accomplished with my hair, I was extremely happy and content with the excellent hair cut and beautiful style that she gave me. Not only that, but the salon makes one feel comfortable and at ease. I think I have found my salon from now on. I don't have to wonder, anymore, "Where am I going to have my hair done this time?" If you are blonde and new to the area, Robert is your man! He understands your hair anxiety, listens to your wants and will deliver exactly that....on the first visit. His team is warm, welcoming and has fantastic customer service. I will be a loyal customer at Robert's Salon for my time here in MA.
